Theresa is the Managing Director of Lendinco, an affiliated company of Hohimer Wealth Management. With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington, she has leveraged her knowledge and skills throughout her career. Starting in 1993, she gained expertise in the mortgage and real estate industry. She co-partnered in a mortgage branch that was successfully sold to a publicly traded company in the early 2000’s. Additionally, she served as the co-owner and president of a Pacific Northwest home building company until 2015. Prior to her current role, Theresa oversaw both the Washington and Oregon divisions at Toll Brothers Mortgage Company. Notably, she also holds a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) designation.
